I have never been a pizza person. But after traveling to Neapel that changed drastically.
The Neapolitans know. With the best produce there are and the deep knowledge of how to make simple things taste amazing, the pizza is just great.

The quality of the dough seems to be very, very important. I believe that makes the biggest difference from pizza to pizza. Handmade natural sourdough and the pizza tastes great. Adding some crunchy salad and a bottle of Italian red and the dinner is complete.
